To add a Lowe's Store Card authorized user, call customer service at 1 (800) 444-1408. You will need to provide the person’s full name, date of birth, and address in order to add them as an authorized user on your Lowe's Store Card account.
A primary cardholder can make anyone a Lowe's Store Card authorized user, as long as they are at least 18. There is a limit of 10 authorized users allowed on the account, though.
When you add a a Lowe's Store Card authorized user, they will receive their own credit card, sent to your mailing address, within 7-10 business days of being added to the account.
